About the membership

What you get: Joy plush + AI module, plus every Cuddles+ feature for the full 12 months.
Your Joy: included at no additional charge and yours to keep from day one — there is nothing to return and no device balance to pay off.
Membership fee: $20.00 per month for 12 months ($240.00 total). The first month is charged today.
Ending early: a one-time cancellation fee applies, covering the hardware we provided up front. It declines every month you stay.
After 12 months: the membership continues month to month at $14.90, and you can cancel anytime.
